1send's permissions are built on Meta's permissions. This way a client only needs to update permissions in Meta business tools and the permission changes will be reflected in 1send. Access is more secure.
Therefore, to manage a client's 1send account they must first grant the agency permissions on their Facebook Page. Instructions here: https://www.facebook.com/business/help/2169003770027706
1send only requires "Messages" permission to be granted
If the business account has 2FA turned on, the user may need to also turn on 2FA in order to access 1send.
